Here is the tax photo that was on file. The add-on porch had not yet had a roof installed.

Here is what the place looked like in October of 2009 when we purchased it. The add-on porch had not properly been fastened to the band joist which allowed water to run directly into the sub-floor structure. The entire front band joist, piers and skirt required replacement.
